In his series Ephemeral Fashion David created a collection of dresses out of found material: trash bags, newspaper, napkins, cardboard and bubble wrap. David harbors a love of fashion, but a disapproval of the fashion industry as a whole — and expresses those flaws of excess, waste, and the unrealistic body image the industry perpetuates.
